Update
We are seeing that customers may not be able to process a payment using existing payment methods also. We are working with our partners to find a speedy resolution

One of our tokenization providers is experiencing issues. Customers may be unable to add a payment method during this time. The provider is actively researching the issue to determine a resolution and we will provide regular updates.
